I felt really hungry when I saw the photos of this recipe. However my version did not look as good :p But it had the salty and spicy taste that I wanted.
I used pork loin chops which I bought from Hauff's butchery (just beside Coco's at Market Square, Sunnybank) for A$10/kg. I removed the bone part of the pork and 'smashed' the piece with a knife to get the piece as thin as I could.
With the bones that I removed, I cooked some rice porridge with them so that those bones would not go to waste :)
This recipe is simple, doesn't take a long time and you will be happy with the result.
