Foo Yong Egg with Prawns


I love my eggs and I love them in most of the forms that they come in... except when it is raw :p

This dish is quite common in 'cze char' (literally meaning 'cook and fry') places in Singapore. Now you can make your own foo yong egg. Foo yong egg is basically an omelette but Chinese style.(What is a "foo yong" egg?)

I tried this recipe, except that I only used prawns and frozen green peas. I was lazy and did not use onions, chilli and spring onions.

This recipe is easy peasy. Try it!
