Soba noodles is easy to cook. Just follow the instructions on the packet. One average packet of soba (about the serving of 4) cost A$2-4 per pack at Asian stores or Asian section of supermarkets.
The next thing you need is soba sauce. Mix it with water (with proportions as on the bottle) and serve it with soba noodles. Lastly, all you need is some sprinkle of cut spring onions.
Serve this noodles with other dishes that you may prepare. I love soba :) How about you?
