How To Carve A Chicken

(From Masterchef Australia Cookbook Vol 1)

1. Using a sharp knife, cut between the leg and the body to remove the thigh and drumstick together.

2. Remove the wing on the same side.

3. Slice the breast meat.

4. If you need 2 leg portions, cut thruogh the joint between the thigh and the drumstick.
