Taking A Break

Dear students,

I will be away for about a month, which means I won't be cooking and hence no recipes to share for the moment. I will come back with more and hopefully better recipes for you :)

I am looking forward to sharing more stews, soups, slow cook, and casserole recipes which will be great for the cold weather. The latest Better Homes and Gardens magazine has a quite a few good recipes that I cannot wait to try and share with you.

Coming up when I get back:
1) Salted vegetables with duck soup
2) Lamb shanks in red wine
3) Slow-cooked Chinese beef
4) Beef Bourguignon
5) Beef Stroganoff
and recipes from Singapore Cooking cookbook.
